Egg Recipes

Eggs are a versatile ingredient, adding protein and nutrition to a wide range of recipes. In many recipes, eggs serve as a binder or emulsifier, works with leavening agents, and produces better texture. Of course, the old standbys of egg breakfasts—scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up or over-easy eggs, and egg skillets—never go out of style. We invite you to look over our egg recipes to get ideas for how you can improve your family’s protein intake and nutrition by cooking with eggs. And if you use eggs in a favorite recipe not mentioned here, be sure to send it our way, and we just might include it here for others to enjoy!
