Summer
Sweet Corn on the Cob!

Perhaps the easiest and tastiest joy of summer!

Items needed: Sweet Corn (shucked fresh, preferably from a local farm if possible)

Take corn (approx two ears per person), peel (shuck) off the green leaves and silks. Place in a LARGE kettle of cool water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Turn corn every so often while cooking. Once the water comes to a boil, the corn is done! It is that simple!

Lightly salt, and enjoy with the popular "squeeze" type butter or margarine.
