Hometown America Beef & Biscuit Casserole


Serves a family of 6 (or 4 hungry folks)!

Items needed:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10 oz) condensed tomato soup
3/4 cup water
1 can (15 ounces) mixed vegetables, drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 package (7 1/2 oz or 10 oz) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat, Spoon off fat.

2. Stir in soup, water, mixed vegetables and worcestershire sauce. Spoon into 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F, for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Meanwhile cut each biscuit dough shape into quarters.

3. Remove dish from oven; stir. Arrange biscuits on hot beef mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy!
