Homemade Mayonnaise


1 whole egg

½ teaspoon dry mustard

½ teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons distilled vinegar (clear)

1 cup canola oil

1 dash of paprika


    • In blender, add egg, dry mustard, vinegar, paprika, and 1/4 cup oil.
    • Blend on low for 1-2 minutes.
    • Turn blender off, and scrape sides if necessary.
    • Turn blender on, and while it is running, slowly add the remaining 3/4 cups oil.
    • Blend until thick
    • Refrigerate
