Crêpes

1 cup flour

1 12 cups milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

14 teaspoon salt


  • Combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt.
  • Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
  • Spoon in 2 Tablespoons of batter; tilt skillet to spread evenly.
  • Return to heat; brown one side only.
  • Remove by inverting pan over plate.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Fill or top with your favorite fillings/toppings. Some ideas include- fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, cream cheese, powdered sugar, honey, maple syrup, and whipped cream.
