Breakfast Pizza

1 refrigerated pie crust

1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 large eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon butter

¼ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 


  1. Preheat oven to 375o F
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl until well mixed
  3. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and add egg mixture. Scramble the eggs, then set aside.
  4. Unroll pizza crust and place onto a pizza pan
  5. Top pizza crust with cooked eggs, bacon, cheese and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake at 375o for 20-23 minutes or until crust is browned
